Our Team

As Managing Director, Nick oversees the development for all preferred developer clients, as well as all real estate development projects throughout the Procaccianti Companies real estate portfolio. Nick’s extensive development experience spans the retail, hospitality, commercial and residential space. Most notably, Nick successfully secured permits for a mixed-used development featuring 140,000 sq. ft. of office space, 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 250 residential units, along with a 1,200-space structured parking garage.

Prior to joining TPG Berkley, Nick spent over ten years in the construction field, where he oversaw millions of dollars of commercial construction and renovation projects throughout the country. Nick also developed, owned, and operated two family gas station and convenience stores, which became the pre-cursor for the Neon Marketplace brand.

Nick graduated from Salve Regina University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

As Vice President of Development, Everett’s primary responsibility is the overall management of the day-to-day real estate development for TPG Berkley, including all mixed-used and retail development projects. Before joining TPG in 2021, Everett practiced real estate law for two different law firms based in Providence, Rhode Island.

Everett is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2012. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2005.
